Go into all the world Preach the gospel! What a mandate and what a divine calling! This is the pulse and heartbeat of God for our nation and for the world. No greater mission has been given to man than to be ambassadors of Christ and announce to the world the wonderful message of hope of salvation. I am in hot pursuit for souls.My story begins in the continent of South America. I was born in Temuco Chile in 1965 and migrated to Australia in 1973. At the tender age of 8, I left, together with my parents, brother and sisters our homeland in Chile in a time of great national crisis – the death of Allende and the take over of the Military regime. It was the very rst plane that left Santiago’s airport when the cue was declared to all the country. Yet God was masterfully planning his redemptive plan of Salvation for our family in a wonderful new land called Australia. We arrived in Sydney airport on the 13 of October, 1973 and were escorted to the Villawood hostel to start up our new life. We met many other South American families at the hostel and  soon we started to attend the Spanish Baptist Church at Concord. It was there where God wanted our family to hear the gospel and one-by-one we were touched by the Holy Spirit and Salvation reached the Green Family. In 1976 I received Christ as my personal Lord and Saviour and three years later at the age of 13, I sensed God’s calling on my life to serve Him and preach the gospel. My rst opportunity to preach the gospel was in my very church when I was 15 years old and for the past 29 years I have been preaching the gospel in Australia, South America and the USA. In 2002, the Lord open the doors for my wife Cecilia, son Alan and myself to Pastor the Canley Heights Spanish Baptist Church; the very place where I came to the feet of Christ in 1976 and now i am the Pastor. 2005 was a very special year because the Lord led me to start up the John Green Evangelistic Ministry. As a Pastor Evangelist, my passion has always been to reach as many people as possible with the gospel. I had the opportunity to meet up with Evangelist Dr. Luis Palau at the Mendoza Festival in Argentina in 2005. When I saw the thousands of people hearing the gospel and coming to Christ, the Holy Spirit shook me up and there and then I new that God was calling me to reach thousands with the gospel in Australia and around the world through mass evangelism. In 2006 I became a member evangelist of the Next Generation Alliance –www.NGATeam.com – a ministry of the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association, training new young evangelist to reach the world through innovative evangelism. That very year, I organised our very rst Festival of Life with the Spanish churches of Sydney at Garrison Point, Bankstown. With this small beginning, we are launching our ministry Internationally to South America holding two mayor Festivals in 2010 (Festival of Hope in Obera Misiones, Argentina 26 & 27 of March and The Festival of Life at the German Becker Stadium in Temuco Chile the 29 and 30 of October – the very place where I was born!) and the Crusade of Hope in November 2010 at Karachi, Pakistan. But God has place on my heart to reach our wonderful Australia with the gospel working with, by and through the churches in each major city of our nation. 2010 will be a year of great harvest for the Kingdom of God and we endeavour to be obedient to God’s calling as we pray, plan and prepare to reach our city of Sydney with the gospel presenting the Festival of Life at The Domain in December 2010. Our  Generation needs Regeneration! Together we can impact our nation with the gospel.
